Varietal composition: Cabernet Sauvignon (58%); Merlot (17%); Cabernet Franc (13%); Petit Verdot (12%)

Vinification: Vinification in the bordelaise style with a maceration period of 10 - 15 days in stainless-steel tanks maintained at a temperature of 26 - 30°C.
Depending of the varietal composition and the structure, the wine is matured in new (65%) and one year old (35%) French barriques for over 12 months.
The four varietal compositions are vinified separately and assembled just before bottling.

Alcohol content: 13 % Vol.

Color: Deep ruby red.

Bouquet: Intense and complex. With fruity notes of red and blackberries, black cherry. Floral hints that remind the violet, and nuances of pepper and liquorice.

Palate: Full-bodied and deep. Balanced and fruity. At the finish the wine is very persistent.

Serving temperature: 16 –18 °C

Aging: The Estro 2016 will reach its full expressive potential beginning in fall 2019 and will continue to develop in character through 2026 and beyond if properly cellared.

Packaging: 75cl. in cartons of 6 bottles; 150cl. in cartons of 6 bottles.
