| Winemaking: | Vinified in the traditional method with a maceration period of 12 - 14 days at 28 - 32°C in stainless-steel tanks. The wine matured for 10 to 13 months in oak casks of 25 to 42 hl and in two or three year-old barriques. | |

| Color: | Intense and deep ruby red. | |
| Bouquet: | Intense and complex. With notes of blackberries, hints of liquorice and menthol, and roasted nuances. | |
| Palate: | Full-bodied, with a good structure. Fresh and fruity, mineral and elegant, tannins of perfect quantity and strength. Mineral and persistent at the finish. | |
