Location of the vineyards
Municipality of Biasca (320 m above sea level)
Winemaking: Vinified traditionally with a maceration period of 12 - 14 days at 28 to 32 °C in stainless-steel tanks. The wine matured for 10 to 13 months in oak casks of 34 – 42hl and in one or two-year old barriques.
Alcohol content: 12.8 % vol
Color: Intense and deep ruby red.
Bouquet: Harmonious and complex. Tones of red currant and ripe cherries, with hints of liquorice and roasted nuances.
Palate: Fresh and fruity. Round and smooth, with tannins of perfect quantity and strength, with a good balance and persistent at the finish.

Ideal Drink-Temperature:

16 – 18°C
Ageing potential: The Biasca Premium 2008 will reach its full expressive potential beginning in autumn 2010 and will continue to develop in character through 2015 and beyond if properly cellared.
Packaging: 50 cl., in cartons of 15 bottles 75cl. in cartons of 6 bottles 150 cl. (Magnum), in cartons of 6 bottles
