| Winemaking: | Draining from the crushed and partially destemmed grapes followed by very light pressing yields the first-run juice, which is fermented in stainless-steel tanks at a temperature of 18–20º C. The four varietal compositions are assembled just before bottling. | |

| Bouquet: | Intense, fruity and complex. With notes of exotic fruits (passion fruit), citrus, and spicy tones. | |
